According to the above subject and reference, for the members of the School Management Committee (SMC) and the members of the School Management and Development Committee (SMDC) from the state level through Baiseg for guidance on the issues as per the schedule attached hereto in the second day teleconference dated 16/12/202 Broadcasting on 19/12/2022 and re-broadcasting on 19/12/2022 will be telecasted on Vande Gujarat Channel No-1 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM.
Instruct the concerned to arrange teleconference broadcast in all primary and secondary schools in sadar training, members of SMC, SMDC and all staff of the school participate in teleconference in sadar training and at the time of training in the school which is mentioned in the online tour diary of BRC, CRC co-ordinator. Inform such stakeholders to participate in teleconference and arrange for district, taluka and cluster project staff to attend training as part of monitoring.

Dated 14/10/2022 Serial No.: SSA SMDC/Gra.Fa./22-23446301-321. Out of the grant allocated as per letter dated 29/10/2022 (Rs. 700/- per school at school level) has to be spent on Refreshment. Timely allocation of training grant at school level so that refreshment can be spent on training. In secondary schools (in SMDC) while allocating grants for teleconferencing, priority should be given to schools with high number of children. (District wise according to the number of schools as per the sheet attached herewith) After the completion of Sadar Teleconference, the number of members present will have to be sent on day-10 as per the sheet below.
